Asraa Return & Refund Policy

We want you yo love your Asraa purchase. if something isn't right, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

. Be unworn and unwashed

. Have all original tags attached

. Be free of makeup, perfume, stains, odors, or other signs of wear.

. Be returned in its original conditions

FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND.

To start a return, please contact us at hello.asraaa@gmail.com with your order number and reason with return 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Asraa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements above!
